Shipping

All orders are processed and shipped out as soon as possible.

Please allow up to 7 days to process your order.

We ship USPS with tracking, usually taking 3-7 days depending on your location.

International Shipping

First Class USPS by default. Once packages have left our facility, there is no way for us to know any other fees upon international accession.

If your package cannot be delivered and is returned to our facility, we will be happy to ship it back to you. However, you will be responsible for the re-shipment costs.

Natural Operation is not responsible for lost packages. If lost, we will try and help to the best of our ability.

PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK ADDRESS BEFORE CONFIRMING ORDER, MAKE SURE TO HAVE ADDRESS TYPED OUT IN ENGLISH ONLY, USPS ONLY ACCEPTS PACKAGES LISTED IN ROMAN LETTERS/ARABIC NUMERALS.

Payment

We accept most major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express) as well as Paypal & Apple Pay. Our platform detects any hints of credit card fraud, if we are notified of any activity we may require additional identification verification.

Return Policy

All sales are final. Natural Operation does not accept returns after shipment, unless the product is defective. Returned products must be in the same condition they were sent in, and provided tracking (covered).
